ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean, prepare and protect work surfaces with drop cloths and masking.
Load, unload, prepare and cleanup of job site, materials and tools.
Sand surfaces smooth and remove old paint
Setup and work on scaffolding and ladders.
Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler.
Perform 'cut in' painting
Follow written and verbal instruction from supervisor.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
